Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

First-Time Orders Only: Returns are applicable exclusively to first-time purchases of 100ml, 30ml Gift Sets, or 20ml Gift Sets. Only one unit per customer is eligible for return, and the request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement Options: Customers opting for a replacement may choose from 100ml, 30ml Gift Sets, or 20ml Gift Sets of any other fragrance within our collection. No other SKUs will qualify for replacement.
- Usage Limit: Refunds or replacements will not be granted if the product has been used beyond 10 sprays or 2ml (whichever is less) for all eligible SKUs.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Consecutive Orders: Refunds are not available for consecutive orders. However, exchanges are permitted for products of equivalent value for the first two consecutive orders only. Subsequent orders will not qualify for exchange.

International Orders: Orders placed from outside India are ineligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Cancellation of Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders cannot be canceled or modified once dispatched. In the event of cancellation prior to dispatch, any payment gateway fees and incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
